Hot air balloons are one of those things in my life that brings back the childhood sense of utopia to me. When I see a hot air balloon I’m left with the feelings of total awe, and light I’d feel as a small child in my Grandpa and Grammas yard, watching the hot air balloons [...]

Yesterday Kelly of Tovik Siberians asked when I’d be free, and included in my schedule was later that afternoon. At that point weather was clear, beautiful, without a cloud in the sky. As the noon progressed it became obvious a storm was morning in. My family went into Costco for a few [...]

Murphy and Charlie the Doxies

January 6th, 2010

These adorable Dachshund boys know how to stay warm on these chilly, rainy days! Meet Charlie, and Murphy two adorable Doxies I had the pleasure of shooting. These little guys live in a daycare, so spend their weekdays spoiled rotten by 6 kids, and their owners. What a life for a couple [...]

The beautiful (and famous) Merlot was there, and won breed:

The creepiest Santa ever

December 31st, 2008

This HUGE light up Santa display is perched over a building in Albany, Oregon, right across from Waverly Park. This has to be the ANGRIEST looking Santa ever… Dea doesn’t even care for it, and calls it “Mad Santa”.
We were in the area tonight, so I dropped by to snap a [...]
