Holiday customs!

January 5th, 2010

Here’s a few of the customs I’ve finished the past couple months:
The Cardigan crew at Majestic Cardigans in SC.

An adorable Pit Bull- a pin/pendant combo piece.

Gaiting Doberman

Simon and his ‘best friend’ his beloved wubba

Happy Caleb, the reindeer! This is an ornament.

Simon and Caleb together, this can be a pin, large pendant, or an ornament.

Winter break meant a month off school for Curt and I. Man, it was needed, but it threw off our schedules. I’ve been going to be about 3:30am, waking up about 9am most mornings the past few weeks. I’d gotten really good about going to bed around midnight, then waking up about [...]

I made this painted pendant in ‘06, and have strung it up on ribbon in the past, but decided it needed a more sophisticated look to it. I love it’s new look, with the chain!

These designs are some of my favorite, very simple, and whimsical. A goofy dog portrait, on a mini ‘canvas’, [...]

Hand-sculpted and painted Sparkles pin and pendant combo piece (Could also be used as an ornament!) This is a pin, with a loop on the back for a necklace chain, or to be hung up for display.

Dea has already claimed this as hers, so seems I need to make one for myself now!

I can’t [...]

Beware of Beagles…

These three Beagle, hand-sculpted and painted pins will be armband number holders for dog shows. This photo was taken before the glossy seal was applied to the pieces, or before the clip was added.
I also have [...]

I’m only just going through the inventory left over from the Cardi nationals, and have quite a few national themed pieces I’ll be clearing out here soon.

These 4 brindle Cardi pendants are ready to mail, and I’m putting them on sale for the awesome deal of $17 each, including 1st class shipping, and a pretty [...]

Here’s the ‘proof’ photo (Not approved by Holly yet- so may still be tweaked!) of the Luther with a cow buddy pendant. This adorable herding Cardi, to celebrate Luther’s herding, could even be a pin/pendant combo if Holly wishes! This can be strung up on any chain, twine, or ribbon.

I was even able [...]

Stealing my own work…

July 25th, 2009

Sometimes I make a piece, that I fall in love with, and just don’t want to let go of. Usually, those end up being sold quickly, and I feel the pings of regret as I box it up, and send it off to a new loving home. Othertimes, fate seems to align, and [...]
